Minnesota DarkHouse Spear Rentals
Darkhouse spearfishing is a method of harvesting fish through the ice while using wood decoys, spoons or live decoys. Spearing in clear water so you can see the action unfold. Most of our spear holes are 4ft x 2ft which turns the lake into a tv screen that is always changing. Sitting in the shack you will see a variety of fish from smallbait fish to panfish while waiting for a Northern Pike.
In Minnesota, both residents and non-residents are allowed to spear northern pike.
Spear Houses are set up, holes are open and ready for you. Location will depend on ice conditions, lake clarity, and fishing conditions. All houses have hookup for spear, two line hookups for decoys, and live bait harness.

Located near Big Lake, MN. All houses come with two decoy lines, a propane buddy heater, and chairs. Don’t have your own person spearing equipment? No problem-$30 per day for use of our spear and wood decoys.
Full Day Spear House Rental:
4x6 Houses: $100
Two Hole- 4x8 Houses: $120
$30 per day for use of our spear and wood decoys.
Rentals start as soon as the ice is safe enough to walk on. From the middle of December until the last weekend of February.
There will be a 3.5% fee for all invoices and credit card transactions
